The Wild Rose Circle offers a sacred space for women to join together in sharing intentions, dreams and visions of our co-creations.

We connect to the Divine Feminine energy within ourselves and discover its power of discernment, of knowing what is of genuine value for us. This means a deep connection to our true feelings, entering fully into the world of feeling, heart-centered living.

I will guide you through an embodiment practice in which we will enter a receiving state of being and we will practice movements/dance and partner exercises focusing on a topic/theme or body area.

The second part is a meditation or visualization/journeying which can be a healing or an activation and will create a link to your intentions.

We will close the circle with a grounding Cacao ceremony using the best Cacao from Guatemala and sharing of your experiences.

This sacred space can be your mini retreat and time to connect within as well as with others.
