Mat Pilates Class
Traditional mat Pilates class using a somatic experiencing approach to deepen your understanding and the benefits of the exercises. Suitable for everyone who wants to work on core strength, stability and clear alignment, while relaxing the mind and coming into the body.
Prenatal Pilates
This is a very gentle, flowing prenatal class to connect with yourself and with your baby.
The class combines strength, breathing and relaxation exercises with focus and intention, aligning body, mind and soul during the magical time growing a new human being.
You will need a mat, a theraband, a pillow and a stability ball, size 65cm for women up to 175cm, 75 cm if you are taller.
The online class is recorded and can be repeated.

Postnatal Pilates Class
You can start this course approximately 10 weeks after giving birth.
We start gently and slowly to gain back body awareness and strength after giving birth.
It is a beautiful moment to come back into your center and to honor your body.
The online class gives you the freedom to train from your home, your baby can be nearby, and you can take breaks when needed.
The online class is recorded and can be repeated.

GYROKINESIS®
The Gyrokinesis® Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
For me, Gyrokinesis® is combining the simplicity of embodiment with the flow and complexity of dance. This movement practice takes you on a journey and creates balance and harmony within. It is practiced on a mat and chair without equipment. Without the feedback and guidance of equipment, participants in a Gyrokinesis® class are more dependent on their own proprioception to explore movement sequences.
It is suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy a strong center, calm mind and supple movements.
